Intersect Server Randomly Doesn't Open

Was working on some stuff with the intersect engine.. turned off my PC and now this morning it doesn't open up any longer. The client looks like it attempts to but doesn't. 

 

I noticed that the "Server_strings" file continues to do some modified data however. Any ideas why this would happen?

I must've changed something in the configs that the server did not like. Re added a different one from new install and it fixed.
