Files for friends

So i was wanting to let my friends come play in the game but i dont want to give them the editor, Just the client to play. What files do i need to give them and have download and since it is connected to The intersect Hosting thing how do i go about giving them updates. or will it auto update there game anytime i change something? and if i add tilesets or sprites how do i have them download those
