I would like to ask, is there any way that players can recharge the game and get a corresponding item

I'd say make a game worth monetizing before you worry about this..

 

But yes, it is possible. You'd have to either use something like the CMS you can find on the forums or write your own store integration like Leafling did for Steam. (Although unless you know what you're doing or trust the person doing it for you I'd be pretty wary of doing so)
