Mapping Messing around with Intersect.

So I've been playing around with Intersect here and there and just thought I would show off the map I made to test things out. Nothing special but, anyways, here it is:

Love the graphics. They look familiar, but not sure. Custom?

Other than that the map itself looks quite good.

I was going to say that the 90 degree and flat wall isn't very natural... till I noticed why... sneaky guy heh. Very good natural randomisation on this map, well done

The tiles didn't actually come from a game. They are a commercial tileset.

So out of my own happiness that Intersect 1.4 has been released I thought I would post a screen shot with my map in use. Anyone notice what theme I'm going for here?

Dragon ball Z?!! Can we expect a 2d dragonball MORPG from Zetasis?

I have been tossing around the idea. I used to run a DBZ MUD way back in the day and it was really fun. In fact, that's the entire reason I stumbled across Eclipse which eventually lead me here. Now that there is an engine which seems to be capable of actually making a DBZ game I am definitely thinking about it. The only problem is there are currently two other members, that I know of, working on DBZ games.

Hi zetasis, first that is a really good map, i like it. Second maybe I'm one of the two members that you know they create a dbz game. If not it's not a big problem cause the dbz game that i'm working on is a french dbz game.

 

So we have more or less 0% that we not the same player.

Like the look and feel of the game the map is awesome! Kinda feel the characters need work though

Lol the characters are ripped from Legacy of Goku. They may not be the best but they are pretty easy to edit. I'm still on the fence about making a DBZ game but who knows, I might just give it a go.

Great choice in graphic packs; Going to be interesting to see how DBZ works with that graphic pack. I also enjoy your mapping.
