Question.. How to remove item from inventory when equipped??

Im looking to remove item from inventory when player has it equipped.  (The inventory slot would be available) (empty)

 

any info on this or anyone know already a solution? if not any ideas?

I've started to study this engine today, tomorrow I'll try to make this work like you said, I haven't tested this yet and didn't know when you equip an item still on inventory. I'll let you know tomorrow.
