NPC attack speed & Player nametag settings

Hi all, I have two (silly) questions I am not sure of:

 

NPC attack speed
How do I change the attack speed of NPC's? I cant seem to find it..

 

Player nametag settings

I cant find the JSON / .xml file where I can edit the "player nametags", I have edited it before, but since I updated my version to the latest stable version, it changed slightly and I cant seem to find the InGame.xml anywhere, any suggestions?

The Player Nametag settings is in the server/resources/colors.json
At least if you just want to change the colors.

@Darknesslighter NPC attack speed is dependant on the speed of the NPC.

I wish it was seperate but that is currently how it runs I believe.

Npc and base player (class) attack speed can be statically set in b6.1
