Scrollbar?

hello i made another question before related to this. but this one is different i guess.

so, when you press the button DOWN on the scrollbar the bar goes 6 pixels down the first time, when you press it again it goes 7 pixels down. and when pressed again 6 pixels again and so on. so.. my question is, is there any way to modify that? thank you

I guess it just calculates the size of the window and decides to scroll based on that.

Thanks for your answer but i tried changing the size of the window and it stills the same
