Client Editor - Access denied! Invalid Power Level!

Hi, Brand new to this community. Glad to be aboard, A bit sucky that my first post is a question. I did try searching it up though.

 

So I've just downloaded the program. Opened up the server and client. Set my characters power level and account power level to 1. Opened up the client editor and used my login credentials that I set up on the client. And I'm getting the error message "Access denied! Invalid Power Level!".

 

I have tried messing around with the power levels for both the character and account but I'm still getting the same error. Only thing I can think of is I'm a dum dum and I'm doing something simple wrong. I've set the server to localhost and the firewall on my pc is turned off to be extra safe.

 

Any help please? Huge thank you's all round in advance.
