Change things with client

Hi. I would like to use python to use webcam, mic and VR modules, etc. I would like it so Intersect could react. So for instance, I could open a python script that asks me for some speech and I say "hello world" and the python program sends the client "hello world" as a string and the client will send a message in the chat saying "hello world". Is this possible? You'd have to edit the client.exe file I'm sure, and is this possible?
