Language Support/Adding Fonts

Hi,

I know that English (U.S.) is the only supported language as of now, but is there any way I can modify that and add additional language fonts other than Latin characters? For example, I want the game I'm working on to support Chinese characters. English is my native language, and I'm fine with editing the game in English, but I just want the option of being able to use Chinese characters for things such as chatting or naming NPCs.

Client, Editor, and Server can all be translated for use in chinese.  Look at the Client, Editor, Server /Resources/Languages folders.

Sooo... do I not have to do this? I'm an idiot, sorry. It's taking forever though...

That tool allows you to create different "fonts" for the client. Creating your own font is necessary if you need characters that are not included in the default font files.

 

It's important to note that you need to be very specific on which character ranges you include.. if you try to include everything it will never complete.

I included ranges for commonly used Chinese characters, but I'm guessing there's still too many.
