server not connecting

Someone can maybe help me to figure out what is going on? I am using a vps for my server and canyouseeme.org says it can see my service but yet the server is saying it is not accessible to the outside world and i am unable to connect to my game, it asks if my server is up? I'm so confused, been trying to figure this out for the past hour.

nevermind now all the sudden by itself it connects

Probably you have the same problem as me or do you have any messages on the server, how do you enable the type of firewall blocked your server ... or you just have broken ports ... after the firewall with the firewall managed to get back open port

if you have a firewall, you must not have enough to open the ports to the router, you must also have a firewall ...
