Thought it would be useful to you guys especially since you post relatively many screenshots when showing off work. The program is some sort of snipping tool extraplusbetterproversion. It automatically uploads your screenshots to sites like Imgur and copies the link to your clipboard. You can configure which websites and hotkeys it uses. Easy to set up and easy to use. It's also Open Source and I know how much you nerds love that.
