The game looks great, I'll restrain from commenting on 2d arts, because well, I am dirtbag at making them so no idea xD

 

However, the background looks a little too blurry, the light passing through could be a little sharper and the 'deeper' view behind the trees  doesn't seem appropriate lightwise, because it looks like it's even deeper into more junglish forest and yet more light there, while we on on the open field have a little of it. But perhaps that's what it ment to be? Not sure.

 

I dig the logo very much tho, very stylish :D

That's alot of forest style on the maps XD not that it's bad..

Anyway, i think it would be better if you keep your map progress hidden and just show a slight preview otherwise there will be nothing for us to expect on the maps since we saw them all

are those custom tilesets?

8 direction. You can define projectile directions from spawns in a 3 tile radius alongside firing multiple shots from the same spawn location. Would be 360 degrees when I make a pixel based movement system for a game idea i've had for a while now.

The truth is that the game is focused on a forest (As the first scenario), I do not expect the character to travel the whole world in a day, I want to make good use of each world. The following scenarios will be shown when appropriate, I'm sorry you're bored seeing the picture. And yes,are custom tilesets.

First Class

 

  • Sorcerer: These are people with the ability to channel their magic through magic rods and books.
  • Magic Swordsman: These are people with the ability to channel their magic into rune swords

 

Sub-class (specialization)

 

Sorcerer

  • Archmage: Specialists in the art of offensive magic.
  • Shaman: Knowledgeable of plants and healing spells.

 

Magic Swordsman

  • Guardian: Specialists in the art of magic defense.
  • Master of Spades: Specialized in offense.
