Can someone modify this upscaler so I can do it for multiple images?

[Phenomenal]

I love using the upscaling algorithm called waifu2x for my games however it is extremely dull to do this for images one by one so I was wondering if anyone would possibly know how to make it work for multiple images as I have no real clue how it works? (zoom in on the image below it looks much better)
