Joys
I would like to have both open world and instanced procedural and handcrafted dungeons! Is this possible? How about map or zone instancing?
0 Joys
I know it is possible "with coding." I'm asking under the engine's questions & answers, though, so I'll take it as a "no and it's not on the roadmap."  I would love to make a mostly raiding mmo under my ideas, so instancing is fundamental.  What I want is too specific, I guess. Thank you anyway!  EDIT: Just found the edit button... no delete button for my double post tho! :/
0 SkywardRiver
Anything is possible. Literally anything. You just need the right programmer haha. Kibbelz

0 Giligis
At this point in time, no. Instanced areas are currently not a thing. However, Intersect is wrapping up soon so you should see open source in the near future. You can make a whole dungeon like a normal map and make a boss and everything however players will be able to do the dungeon all at the same time.

And by that you mean me :^)  for those who don't know the joke there. I made random dungeons for eclipse when I was 15-16. 0 Giligis
@Joys This engine is in Visual Basic 6, a super-outdated language. If you'd like to use this engine regardless, it has most of what your looking for. Don't know when it's due to release, you'll have to ask him. Maybe you can request from the intersect developers to add instanced areas!
